For example, a company in my district called Diversified Information Technologies, which digitally processes health care and insurance information, already provides full compliance based on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPPA.  In considering legislation, we should look to harmonize these regulations to avoid any duplicative rules on small businesses.
